Passengers see all the richness of the monuments of Paris through the panoramic windows of the boat. From the Eiffel Tower to the Statue of Liberty, a singer and a musician make your discovery of the capital richer with a commentary and famous songs.

The menu includes a choice of five starters (including a vegetarian dish), five main dishes (including one for vegetarians) and four desserts.

Menues:

Entree (choose one):
- Fresh salad, a taste of 'niçoise' in Paris fashion
- Confit vegetables in caponata style with a soft-boiled egg
- Garden pea cream soup, ewe's milk curd and golden croutons
- Chicken dodine with herbs, sweet onion chutney

Main (choose one):
- Steamed prawns, creamy rice and sauce vierge
- Rump steak seasoned with pepper, mashed potato with olive oil, pepper sauce
- Salmon fillet a la plancha, vegetables and ratatouille jus
- Chicken thigh, couscous semolina and lemon-flavoured sauce

Desserts (choose one):
- Mature Camembert de Normandie, mesclun salad
- Baked apricots, crumble, pistachio ice cream
- Black Forest gateau with cherry confit in kirsch, profiterole sauce
- Strawberries in their juice, mascarpone sorbet and financier cake
- Iced nougat with crystallised fruits, red fruit juice

Etoile Service
Kir white wine aperitif and selected Muscadet* and Bordeaux* wines to accompany your meal.

Select Service
A Kir blanc de blancs white wine aperitif and selected Chardonnay Vin de Pays d’Oc* and Médoc* wines to accompany your meal. Your table will be by a window.

Premier Service
You will be seated at a round table in the front of the boat.
Choice of aperitif followed by selected Chablis* and Canon-Fronsac* wines.
These prices include the cruise, the meal, drinks and entertainment.
*One bottle of wine for three people.
** Consume with moderation. The abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health.
